This sentence is quoted from a Web site regarding the use of comma. my question is that if the comma is replaced with "and," what kind of difference could occur in meaning, feeling or others?

I believe if you read the sentence with the comma, it will take more time than with the "and" so it seems like the comma causes more emphasis in the first sentence. Those who have some instinct about this, could you explain when you would write the same sentence with the comma or with the "and"?

It is an interesting question. I think that the first sentence (with the comma) is the unmarked way to present these adjectives,and that emphasis on these qualities is somewhat heightened by the less usual, stylistic use of and here.
I don't see any great difference, however, and I suspect that the writer's motive is as likely the creation of variety or style in the greater text.
