Hello!

Comma is really pain in the neck for me.

It seems that every book says different things. Confused

Today I want to about "Please."

1. Please, tell me what you think so far.
2. Please tell me what you think so far.

As far as I know #2 is corret.

Is #1 is wrong? Or is it correct, too? Are they any meaning difference?

Thank you for your attention.

A comma is required after Please, as in your first example.
As the grammar rules are relaxed over time, your second example has become acceptable.
There are many books about grammar usage. The comma takes up a fairly large part in the chapter on punctuation.
Karen Elizabeth Gordon's book : The Well-Tempered Sentence, is an interesting and amusing way to learn about punctuation. Aproximately 1/3rd (31 pages) of it is devoted to the comma.
