2. I thought that you were right, ____? (A) didn�t I (B) weren�t you
3. I thought that he was my best friend,______? (A) didn't I (B) wasn't he
4. I heard say that he was very honest, ____? (A) didn�t I (B) wasn�t he

Really, you could choose either, but it can be a bit strange to ask a question about yourself.
It depends the part of the sentence you are questioning.
I will use 4 as an example.
I heard (no 'say') that he was very honest, didn't I?
In this case you are checking to see if you really heard that. It is strange to ask a question to yourself. You don't need to check because you know the answer. You might ask a question to yourself if you can't remember
I heard that he was very honest, wasn't he?
This is better because you are checking to see if he was very honest. In this case, you don't really need to say 'I heard'. A tag question implies that you are not sure.
