Would you give me some sentence examples that include the following phrase?

(1) a terrible German

Please think that 'German' above means 'German language' and any noun such as accent, film, and so on cannot be located or positioned just after 'German.'
I think you usually use 'terrible German,' not 'a terrible German.' But I'd like to know in what situation (1) could be used or if it is absolutely impossible to use (1).

I would be very happy if you would give me your help.
Thank you.

I can't really think of any case where the "a" would be all right -- you'd always say, for example, "He spoke terrible German".

Hope that's what you wanted to know.

I wanted sentences where German doesn't modify any word and I understood that such sentences are impossible.

I would like to give my deep thanks to you for your precise advice and kind cooperation.
Thank you.
