"Don't worry what others think!"
I found this sentence in a cartoon in English.
Is'nt "about" needed before "what others think"?
Thank you in advance!

Not for this. In colloquial English, you can often drop the "about" if it is used with a "wh-" word (who, what, where, when, etc.). It can be assumed.
Don't worry what others think about you. |
