I got these from the movie named My Dog Skip:

-Now I didn't come because games don't mean nothing to me anymore.
-Skip was never afraid of nothing.

Are they grammatically correct?

No, they are not. I haven't seen the movie, but I bet the people using that language are either poorly educated or too young to know the rules of grammar.

People who use double negatives like this show that they are not well educated, or perhaps that they are lazy or trying to be cool or tough. Some dialects of English are notorious for doing this. And some expressions purposely use double negatives to make the point. "You ain't seen nothin' yet" is a much punchier expression than, "You have hardly seen anything to this point."
