Are they both correct?
2.

3

Are they both okay?
4
Depending on our inventory, we can* turnaround* a phone order within a few days.

1. Yes.
2. Making the rounds means going from one place to the next, making all the stops. Doctors make their rounds in the hospital, visiting all their patients one by one to see how they are doing and answer their questions. Maybe Tiff is making the rounds of all the nightclubs, or making the rounds of all the guests at her party, etc.
3. When X is chock full of Y, that just means there is a lot of Y in X. You would not say Our teas have chock-fulls of vitamins, but you can say they are chock full of them.
4. Yes, get the products and send them out to the customer in that period of time. Usually you would say we can turn around a phone order rather than turnaround. But the turnaround time would then be a day or less.
Sorry that I have more questions to ask you. No need to apologize! That's what this place is for. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
