There are five persons in the family into which I was born.
There are five persons in the family in which I was born.
please tell me which one is correct to express that "there are five people in my family including me"

There are five people in the family into which I was born, is correct.
Into is the right word here. It has the sense of movement. You walk into a room; you are born into a family; you jump into a swimming pool, etc. |
