Hello,
'I'm a little late getting up. I' better skip breakfast.
Can I use 'miss' instead of 'skip' here?
Is there any difference between them if 'miss' works here?
Thank you very much. |

They're pretty similar, but you should choose skip when it is on purpose, and miss when it is not on purpose.
I missed breakfast yesterday because I overslept. Today, I want to get to work early, so I'll skip breakfast. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
