Thanks Bob. It should be "we are doing the wishing..." but as a slogan, we omit the subjective in Chinese. It's a slogan translated from Chinese. |

In that case, think of the holiday song: We wish you a merry Christmas. Copying the grammar form, you can say:
We Wish the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games A Great Success!
You can alternately say:
Wishing the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games A Great Success!
or
Wishes of Great Success for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games! |
