				| It means it must have been that time after work when it is time to have a beer.
In many places, it is common for people to get off work in the afternoon or evening and go somewhere to drink beer and relax. Maybe it's a pub or local restaurant, or maybe it's one's own house or a friend's place.

It's just a mildly humorous way to refer to quitting time as "beer-thirty," as though it were a particular time of day, like 5:30 or 6:30. Otherwise known as c o c k tail time or happy hour, and in advertising commercials for Miller beer, Miller time.

				| Once again foiled by the naughty word robot, which beeped me for writing the word c o c k tail, as though it were something that no one can say or read in polite company. =Sigh= _________________
