Hi there,

I teach adults English in my spare time. I like to coin motivational quotes to motivate them in a special and humorous way. Please see the following two sentences:

Speaking good English is more satisfying for a man than is having a beautiful girlfriend.

It's better to speak good English and maintain it than to have a beautiful girlfriend and lose her.

Please let me know if it sounds natural and grammatically correct.

There are a just some small grammatical mistakes. Here I have fixed them for you and made them sound a bit more natural.

For a man, speaking good English is more satisfying than having a beautiful girlfriend.

It's better to speak English well and maintain it than to have a beautiful girlfriend and lose her.
