There's a typo in "universe" but beyond that the sentence is grammatically correct.
"You can imagine how molecules are needed to make the entire universe" would be a statement of fact.
"You can imagine how molecules are needed to make the entire universe?" Same structure but this time a question. In spoken language this would be reflected by intonation. Alternatively "Can you imagine how..."
"Now you can imagine how molecules are needed to make the entire universe" would be a concluding sentence after an explanation.
Which sentence you choose will to a large extend depend on the preceding text.
