No, there is no expression "to make hurry," and it doesn't sound right. There is an expression "to make haste," meaning to do something in a hurry, in haste. So you could say, "He makes haste to wash," and that would be all right, although sounding a little old fashioned. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
