1.Does #1 make sense?
2.I made some sentences, #2 through #8, as the opposite meaning of #1 which means 'to make payment in a lump sum not in installments'.
Could you tell me which one is the best among #2 to #8? If all is not correct, can you recommend good expressions which mean 'to make payment in a lump sum'?

1 is fine.
For opposites, 3,5,6,7, & 8 are okay. Among those, I like 5 the best with 3, 6, & 7 a close second.
