Quote:
Ee a round and round and up and down we go again
Oh baby, make me know you love me so and then
Come on, twist again
Like we did last summer
Girl, let's twist again
Like we did last year

The quote is a part of the old popular song 'Let's twist again'.
What does 'and then' in the qoute mean?

Re-write it as a standard sentence:
Make me know you love me so, and then, come on, twist again like we did last summer.
The "and then" is a conjunction to connect the two sentences into a series. For example:
Go to the store to by some milk, and then pick up your little brother from school.
So you will buy the milk first, after that you will get your little brother.
