1.I made #1 and #2 in order to express that I'll make a call to you at your home. Do they make sense? If not, could you correct me?
2.I made #3 in order to express that I'll make a call to you so that you can answer my call with your cell phone.
Does it make sense? If not, could you correct me?

I presume that you are having a one on one conversation with someone.
I think by saying I'll call your home, you are not trying to reach the one you are conversing with but his family members.
Consider this scenario: You sneaked out of your house to go see a movie and got stuck in a traffic jam. Now, you want your friend to call your home with some excuse and tell them not to worry. Well, If you got a nice friend, he/she would offer his/her help by saying: No problem, I'll call your home.

I can understand what #2 means by your explanation. Thanks.
I still wonder if #1 and #3 are making sense.
Could you tell me if #1 and #3 are used among native speakers and correct?
