Blind fate is the idea that destiny doesn't pay attention to our lives, what we need or what we want. Things just happen, and they're not meant to be good or bad. Fate is blind!

Not absolutely sure about an emotional cutter, the rest of the sentence would help. It's possibly talking about someone who cuts their body intentionally, as a result of depression - people who do this are called cutters. And an emotional person is someone who has very strong feelings and usually shows them, it's often used to describe someone who cries easily or who can't keep their feelings under control.

The last phrase is talking about some event that took place, and says that different things could have happened - it wasn't inevitable, things could easily have worked out differently. The whole event could have easily never happened at all!

Imagine you're throwing a big surprise party for your friend's birthday, and there's a problem with the cake, some guests heard about the party very late, and your friend arrives early, before you're ready. Luckily you're able to get another cake, all the guests make it to the party, and somebody keeps your friend busy while you finish preparing. Then your friend walks in, you all shout 'SURPRISE!!!' and the party is a success. But with all those problems, it almost didn't happen like it did, and there was almost no party at all!
