My mom asks me to ______ my manners during the dinner.
A. mind B. watch

Are both right from the point of a native?

---How about __________?
---Thanks, but I have had much.
A. some oranges B. some orange

The answer given is B considering the fact that "much" refers to uncountable nouns.

But I think if I want to say I have had enough oranges, I can also say I have had much, which equals I have had many oranges.

Just an example to support,

I have so much to learn.
I have so many things to learn.

Am I right?

Thanks

For the first question, both words are fine.
As for the second one, I would say the main problem with "I have had much" is that it sounds very stilted. You'd be more likely to say something like "no thanks, I've already had a lot."
However both "some oranges" and "some orange" could be correct, depending on whether one was being offered whole oranges or pieces of orange.
