I don't understand why to make your point you have to make fun of other's opinions, you can say whatever you want to say but exercise this right without making personal comments. There are certain rules and regulations they are for our benefits so follow them.
Difference of opinion is a blessing, there can be different aspects to same thing and different people look at it from different angles,so we all learn from each others.Discussions sholud be contrustive and to aim at making things clearer not to leave a bad taste.

please check if this is correct an please also tell me where I can use better words or phrases because there is some repitition of words
love

This is how I would correct it:

I don't understand why you have to make fun of others' opinions to make your point. You can say whatever you want, but you should exercise this right without making personal comments. There are certain rules and regulations that exist for our benefit, so please follow them.
A difference of opinion is a blessing. There can be different aspects to the same thing, and different people will look at it from different angles, so we'll all learn from each other. Discussions should be contructive and aim to clarify things, not to leave a bad taste.

I added a few words and punctuation marks in there, along with the spelling points that Corey mentioned.
