Hello,
simple question:
When we wanna emphazise that we like something very much, do we say "I much like ..." or "I very like ..." ?

Neither. Both are incorrect. However, you can say:
I really like st.
I like st very much.
I like st a lot.
Or, if you want to sound very formal, you can even say:
I very much like st.
Unfortunately, you cannot say I very like st (which is on my Top Ten list of all-time classic Chinese-English mistakes) or I much like st.
