I saw #1 in which the word 'so' is. I have some questions about it.
1.Does #1 make sense?
2.It seems to me that #3 is correct rather than #1. Please tell me your opinion.
3.How about #2?
4.Which one is most natural among them?

1.Does #1 make sense? Perfect sense!
2.It seems to me that #3 is correct rather than #1. Please tell me your opinion. Number 1 is perfect—using as here is tight and efficient. Number 3 is also correct, and basically means the same thing. Why use two words when one will do? There is only one reason to use no. 3 instead of no. 1, and that's because you aren't comfortable with this particular usage of as. Use this opportunity to get comfortable with it.
3.How about #2? Using so alone turns the second clause into an independent clause, which would have to be handled differently (a semicolon, a conjunction as in no. 3, etc.)
4.Which one is most natural among them? Unquestionably no. 1.
