Well, there's no substantial difference in meaning. Whatever small difference there is between them lies in the fact that the second one puts a little more emphasis on the fact that the team only needs to hang tough for just one more inning. Just one more inning...come on, guys!
That's about it. The second just puts a little bit more emphasis on the idea of one single inning. The first one means the same thing, but is just not quite as emphatic.
