Hello teachers. I would like to know how to use the word "irritate."
Are these sentences below correct?

1. What makes me irritated is people who eat popcorn in a movie theater.
2. I am irritated with people who eat popcorn in a movie theater.
3. I am irritated at junk e-mails.

I have heard we use "at" after "irritated" when referring to "something," and we use "with" when referring to "somebody." Is it correct?

Thanks in advance.

No, it's nonsense. This sounds like yet another example of the old "let's turn a slight tendency into a rule" routine that is so popular in Asian textbooks. You can be irritated with or at either a thing or a person. All four combinations are acceptable.
