Dear teachers!!
I ( ) that this blouse is not the best present for Mom, but it's quite nice.
(a) imagine (b) move (c) admit
The answer by the reference book is (c). But I am not sure why the answer is (a). I consulted the dictionary for (a)imagine, and found that the meaning is: to think, believe, or fancy: He imagined the house was haunted.
Would you explain it?
Thank you in advance. |
