I'd like to know if it's correct to use 'less' this way.
Is it corect? What does the sentence mean?

The most common use of the phrase 'Would you like less?' would be if someone was serving you some food, and was looking to find out what size of portion you would like, or had thought they had given you too much on your plate. Yes this is a correct phrase to use, and you can use "less" in this way.
