I've seen the word 'dude-ulosity' in the weekly TIME Magazine before a few months, until now, I don't know what does it mean. I wonder if anybody here knows what does it mean ?

Hi Existenz,
That is undoubtedly a word that the writer created for effect. We would need to know the context to understand what was meant. Can you tell us the context?

He's not exactly larger than life � maybe 5 ft. 8 in. His hair is goofy and tousled.
His voice is hoarse and has a touch of Californian dude-ulosity in it.

Ok, Existenz, it means that he uses some of the slang that is currently used in California. For example, they often say "Dude!" as a greeting and as an exclamation. "Dude-ulosity" = the character of being a "dude."
