or...............no, its been the same

which of them is correct?

1) Correct.

2) Your first choice is correct and appropriate, but very unlikely to be expressed that way. There are many natural answers to the question. Some are (NOT in order of likelihood):

No, I haven't.
No, it hasn't changed.
No, I've always been this weight.
No, I've always been like this. (On second thought, it sounds natural with a slight modification)
No, but thank you!

Another way to rephrase the second one would be "I've always weighed this much." In this case "much" refers to quantity, not to frequency.

"How much do you weigh?"
"165 pounds." (75 kilograms)
