- At the weekend you shouldn`t get up / rise / rise up more than 3 hours later than during the week.

Are all the verbs accpetable?

Get up, rise are correct. Rise up is not correct because Rise up means, to cease being submissive or peaceful (The Russians rose up in 1917 for example).
