Are `coherent�and `recovery treatment� acceptable expressions? |

Coherent is not the right word. I think you mean inherent (existing in something as a permanent or essential attribute).
The sentence then reads, "There are many dangers inherent in the Internet and many Internet addicts need recovery treatment." |
