What does the sentence mean?
"What do you think your are doing"

It is generally used as an admonition when you are doing something wrong, foolish, suspicious, or dangerous.

For example a policeman might see a kid climbing up a fire escape at night: He might shine his light on the kid and say something like, "What do you think you're doing up there? "Get down here right now!"
