Food is an important thing for everybody . Everyday , people want to eat food . However , food is both useful and unuseful . In my opinion , before eating you should think whether the food you are going to eat is useful or useless for 2 reasons . First , useful food provises protein , carbohidrate , fat , vitamin and mineral salts . You can get protein and fat in eggs , meat , butter , and so on . You can get carbohidrate in rice , sugar ,and so on . And you can get vitamin and mineral salts from vegetables and fruits . Second , useless food may be dangerous for a person who eats it .
For example , if you eat too much junk food , you may be fat and get high blood pressure . Therefore , we should eat only useful food . What do you think about food ?  |

In my opinion, food is important to us. It is one of the necessary things in our lives. People should eat food everyday or else we will not have enough energy to do things. I agree that we should eat only the healthy food, not junk food. Healthy food makes our health healthy and strong, but junk foods only make us get fatter and fatter. Not only that, it also creates fats for us and makes our health become weaker and weaker. Moreover, people should eat the kinds of food like vegetables, fruits and many other things. |
