There are loads of great places you can look for help for learning English, some more easy to access than you may think...for example just listening to the radio in English, which you can get on the internet and have on in the background for an hour or so each day can really help you to gradually pick up words and phrases, particularly of colloquial spoken English.
Also for those of you hoping to work on your written English, this fantastic site based on UK Essays is a great way to learn some more tips - check out their daily blog with great articles on common efl problems such as frequently misused word pairs, how to write and structure an essay etc.
