Can you explain what this sentence mean?
"Last one back's a dirty rotten skunk."

It's just something kids say when they race each other.

It means that the person who loses the race (back to wherever, home maybe?) will be called "a dirty rotten skunk".

When you see a word like "back's" it is sometimes a contraction, like in this case. It helps to remember this sentence could also be read "Last one back IS a dirty, rotten skunk."
