Wink I love Thai food so much! Despite the curry or other dishes, they are almost sour and hot. Of course, there're also something sweet, such as "icy and cold shrimp," which is actually a kind of drinks that often sold during summer. As far as I know, foods of sourthern China, Myanmar, Vietnam are very similar to Thai's. Razz

Hello I'm Thai student. I like some of Thai food because most of Thai food are sour and hot such as Tom Yum Kung, papaya salad, Nam Prik PlaTo, etc. Some of Them have a lot of fat e.g. Pork Panaeng, Chicken Mussaman ,etc. Although, they consist of good herb like lemon grasses, gingers, mints, chillies ,etc., most of cook use coconut cream to make it. It consists of bad fat and our body don't need them too much because it make us fat and may get high blood pressure. But now some of them use pasturise milk. Whow!! I do love Thai food without coconut cream. Some of local food in Thai make of preserved food ,rice sausage in North eastern, Kang Tai Pla in Southern, etc. I've heard it make consumer get cancer. Do you know some of Thai food has been forgetten from Thai such as Kapi Kua for example. All of that are Thai food. Do you want to know about Thai dessert?

Surprised Smile Thai food is considered one of the worlds most famous authentic cuisines. I think, Thai food is perfect food for three reasons. First, it has good and various tastes because it is spicy, sweet, souretc second, it is famous for foreigners because Tom Yam Khung is the symbol of Thailand. Moreover, there are many choices such as Keang Khieo wan, Som Tom, Pud Thaietc. Finally, it is good for health because it is composed of many herbs. Thai food is the favorite food because it is delicious and there are a lot of herbs in one dish. What do you think?[/b]
