I have a friend from the middle east and he wants to send his 12 years son to study English abroad. He was thinking of Malaysia. Does anyone know if Malaysia is a good place to learn English in? Do people speak English outside the classrooms? How much does it cost to live with a family? what are good english language centers there?
I would appreciate it someone with experience can help me.
