Requiem for a dream

I first thought I wouldn�t like it when a red the plot but finally, it was a nice movie very well done. The film was made in 2000 and the director�s called Darren Aronofsky. The main actors are Ellen Burstyn, Jared Leto, Jennifer Connely and Marlon Wayans. These actors have played in many famous movies like Lord of war, Blood diamond or Scary movie.

The story is about 3 friends: Harry (Jared Leto), Marianne (Harry�s girlfriend)(Jennifer Connely) and Tyron (Marlon Wayans) who are 3 Heroine addicts. To have enough money to buy the heroine, Harry steals his mothers TV everyday and sells it to a pawnbroker. Then his mother who is addicted to the television buys it again.

One day Tyron asks to Harry if he wants to buy a lot of heroine, cut it and sell it to win a lot of money. Harry and Mariane agree and they start to make business.
At the same period, Sara Goldfarb (Ellen Burstyn) start to make a diet because she received a call from the television saying that she can pass to the television in a few month. But it�s more difficult that she had expected. So she goes to a doctor who gives her amphetamine in the prescribed form.

Then, we assist to the fall of this 4 people.

It�s a really nice drama. After the movie I asked me a few questions about drugs abuse.

The actors are really good and are playing their rule to the perfection. I recommend this movie to every people who likes dramatic films.
