I'm a spanish girl who would like to make friends to improve my english. 
I also know a little french but nothing of Japanese or other languages like most people here, as I've seen for my surprise. 
I'm 23 years old, and at the moment nothing more springs to my mind.

The best way to improve your written english would be in places like this! However, if you want to really learn your spoken english well, you should frequent places where English is the only spoken language. You should drop by the American Embassy and chat up the representives. lol
