which one is correct

I would probably go with "She has lesions in her armpit." I can't think of a clear rule on this one, but the armpit is considered an enclosed region, like an internal organ: "He has cancer in his lungs."

if I have to say that ..........she has pain in her arm or in her right shoulder would it be correct??


and if I say that..........she had an orange last night after that she is having difficulty in breathing

then would it be correct

Yes for the first one. The second I would change to:

She had an orange last night. After that she has had difficulty in breathing.

It's fine that way, but it might be more natural to change "After that" to "since then," and "in breathing" to "breathing:"

She had an orange last night. Since then she has had difficulty breathing.

then would they be correct???

In English, it is customary to use the possesive adjective for the body and body parts, so the first choice is by far the natural statement. The second one is probably grammatical, but it is certainly unusual.
