What does "run over " below mean?
Playoff Run Over for Knicks After They Fall to Pacers Despite Carmelo Anthony�s 39 points, the Pacers held off the Knicks to win their Eastern Conference semifinal series in six games. Indiana will face Miami next.

I think it's short for "the Knicks' playoff run is over", i.e. their run of success in the playoffs is now ended.
