What does " get dibs " below mean? Please help me.
As Ke$ha tore through Atlanta on her headlining Get Sleazy tour one fact was obvious... this kid has superstar written all over her. You could see the excitement on the glittered faces of the crowd that wrapped their way around the block to get dibs on the best spots on the floor for her sold out show. _________________ Hiromichi |

To "get dibs" or "have dibs" on something normally means that it's reserved for you, or you will have the first chance at it.
So here it depends if the fans are going in, or just buying tickets. If going in, it's a bit misused. If buying tickets for later, it makes more sense.
Hope helps,
