I don't understand that at all. Can you please explain what this means? Question

It's hard to say without more context.

But it sounds like "no attribution" means that some activity will be done without the company being named.

Does that seem to fit the situation?

Now I get it!

If you use their music without saying it's theirs, (no attribution) you have to pay.

If you use it and give them a credit - so people know they wrote it - you don't have to pay.
