The captioned phrase 'waged increasingly alone' seems to have been abbreviated。Would you write down a whole sentence?

For Trump, ‘a War Every Day,’ Waged Increasingly Alone
By PETER BAKER and MAGGIE HABERMAN
At the midpoint of his term, the president has grown more sure of his own judgment and more isolated from anyone else’s than at any point since he took office.

My idea of what the title means: Life for Trump is like a war every day, and he is waging it more and more alone. (People have left his administration, he has fired them, they have quit, people are starting to disagree more, etc. and he is just deciding things by himself.)
