My favorite food is “zarusoba”. In English, it is “buckwheat noodles served on a flat tray”.
I like “buckwheat noodles served on a flat tray” better than “buckwheat noodles in hot broth” because I like cool noodle.
“Udon” is good. And “soba” is good, too. |

I like soba better than udon. My favorite soba is tukimisoba and natto soba. It's delicious . but weary of taste. When you go to the
"sobaya" , please try ! |
