I m preparing for IELTS too. I will take the test in June 26th and if you dont know the detail of IELTS I think this might help.
Listening: 40 questions/30 mins. There are 4 sections, 10 questions for each.
Reading: 3 passages/60 mins. There 40 questions
Writing: two tasks. Task 1 is 20 mins and 40 mins for task 2
Speaking: about 14 mins, three parts namely, introduction, presentations and further talk (my definition only  )
Score is ranged from 0 to 9. An overall of 6.5 with no individula band lower than 6 is generally OK.
Best books: IELTS Cambridge, Inside IELTS (Camberidge press) |
