how's a good speech looks like?
since it's my first time to present a oral, i have no idea of what i should talk about,
my topic has already limted in current issue,could anyone help me choose a good one?
like war on iraq or sth?
and plz also give me some advices ono how to deliver my opinions with confidence.

Be well prepared. And as long as you have a choice of topics (it sounds like you do) pick something you know well. This should give you extra confidence.

Use handouts, visuals, or demonstrations. This will help you stay focused on your topic and engage your audience. An outline, power point presentation, overhead projector, slide show (or whatever you use depending on your access to resources) will give you prompts so you don't forget what to talk about next as you give your presentation. And your audience will feel assured by your professionalism and sense of structure.

After you put this all together, practice, practice, practice...
