Hi Lucia,

1. This is grammatical, but your adjective makes no sense for tofu? Did you maybe mean "stringy?"

2. Do you call Saturday and Sunday a holiday?

3. Is the (or your) New Year celebration considered a festival?

4. Do you mean "eating?" If so, I'd say: How do you keep food safe for eating?

Hope that helps.

I think luciaC is refering to "stinky" tofu, a Chinese delicacy that is hated and loved much like the durian.

As if regular tofu wasn't bad enough! Thanks for the clarification.

Su, I can't agree that you likened tofu to durian.( BTW,exactly,in mandarin, not tofu but DouFu)

you see, tofu is so delicious, but burian is really stinky Mad

besides, you often refered my english writings to the stinky ones, why:?:

even so,you are still the greatest guy in the world Wink

But there are really lots of people like to eat durian over here. :p

And stinky tofu (I don't know if it is called that exactly.) is truly delicious I think. Very Happy
