Hi all,
I am the software engineer at one private firm in INDIA. I know English very well. I was good in communication too. But now a days I m feeling I can�t speak English good with my Colleagues. When I speak with myself , I too feel I m still good in English but when I m going to speak with others I get hesitated and I can�t deliver good English. Can U plz tell me any way of get read from this problem? I m too frustrated bcoz of this plz tell me any way. One more thing I want to mention here no bodies know the English at my home except me otherwise I could have solve this problem by conversing with my family member and I also don�t want to tell this problem to my Colleagues bcoz I know them very well they would take it wrong way which affect my position in office. Plz do needful for me ASAP.

Try to take risks and make mistakes so that you can learn from them. Don't be too shy to try to use the English you know to improve.

To start with, it would be good to actually write out all these words like "you," "because," "please", and "I am" (or "I'm," not "I m"). If you do that, your writing will be better than the average 10-15 year-old English native speaker.

well I myself not that good in speaking English , but I have this fdeeling that you are under some pressure because this usually happens to me when I have tro make presentations or I have to talk to some one in English un front of many people ,

well there is no short cut , you will have to practice , I think this is the only way yuo can improve your Englisah and plus whenever you have to speak in English don't make it a big issue the more you think about it , the more nervous you would be , so make it spontaneous , this way you will make less mistakes,
dont worry if you have no one in family to speak English , you can write in this forum, and you will see many people will be there to help you
