I have been to CANADA.
There was lots of nature, and beautiful.
Though it was in summer, too cold and hot. Rolling Eyes

I live in Montreal, Quebec, and I have to admit that most of the french people that I know here are very rude. The neighbours are not welcoming, and the teenagers are especially mean. Once when I was at the park with my cousin, these french girls randomly came up to us and spat on my cousin's face... But most of the english people are very nice! Very Happy

Well first if you are thinking of teaching english abroad, I suggest you go to either Korea or Japan, they ahve the most demand for learning english, and they are the highest paying. Go to www.Novagroup.com
and read all about teaching in Japan.

Secondly Canada is a great place to come learn english, true it is very cold here, all my foreign friends always complain about the cold. HAHAHA I always complain about the heat in the summer, I loke cold. Canada is also very beautiful when it comes to nature, I don't think you'll find much other countries with as much nature as Canada.

most of us know that canada based on the migrants .of course,theses migrants comes from all kind of culture.so how the government solve this situation of diversity.

Thanks for the response, you guys have been great. Im from Toronto Canada. I have friends of all races. I myself am a mixed race. My mother is jamaican and my father was irish/itilian.

I agree that there is no reason for their being rude to you. Consider, however, that they're also fighting for the preservation of their language and culture against English hegemony. Perhaps since they feel powerless in this struggle, some might react irrationally to the situation. I remember in Xinjiang, when I asked, in Chinese, for the cost of some fruit I wanted to buy, the vender retorted, angrily, in perfect Chinese, "Why are you speaking Chinese? Can't you speak Uighur?" Certainly I could call her rude, but I could still understand that she was merely recating because she thought I was a Uighur and so feared for the death of the Uighur culture. It's a natural reacion, and the language problem is certainly intensifying worldwide, not only in Canada.
