well...I also prefer Japanese food, especially for its sushi. However, my favorite food is STILL Chinese food, which tastes really delicious! I think maybe many of you haven't tried the Chinese food. well, for sure i don't mean those common chinese food. Actually, there are thousands of sorts of dishes in Chinese food, and some are very expensive and unique, e.g. the abalone, shark fin, etc. I suggest that you may have a try one day.~

How do you do? Laughing
About the ultimate Japanese food
The ultimate Japanese food that I ate so far is a whale. Shocked
It doesn't eat on the whaling problem now.
However, when I was a child, it was ordinary foodstuff.
Then, it was inexpensive.
This whale smoked is very delicious.
Attempt to eat if there is opportunity to eat.

I've heard of Natto, but I don't think I'd have the will to eat it -_- Fermented foods don't sit too well with me... (They don't stay in my stomach for too long.... If you know what I mean) People have told me that natto is delicious, but after smelling a pack as a "gaijin" it kind of turned me off. However; America has some cuisines that I'd never eat as well. I.E. Kidney pie, blood pudding, pickled pigs feet, etc... Shocked But I absolutely love hibachi, sashimi and sushi, teppanyaki, katsu, miso, dim sum, ramen(got to love ramen!), soba, and really just about all other Japanese foods (and snacks) ^.^ I really, really want to go to Japan, but... no money T_T
